A brief moment of darkness was all that I knew, before Heaven's Gate came into my view. Loved ones and friends I had missed for many years, welcomed me with open arms and many happy tears. All the hurt, fear, and pain that I have ever known, is gone from my life, I am finally home. I gazed upon the Lord's sweet smiling face, and for the first time in my life I knew and felt His grace. I know that you miss me, but please dry your eyes. I will always be watching and loving you from my new home in the sky. A cool breeze on your face, a touch of light rain, I will send as a reminder that we will be united again. Life on earth is but one brief moment in time, I am finally home, Eternity is mine.

Well, Sarah... here it is, another Christmas. I don't think I'll ever get used to holidays without you. I know the Christmas seaon in Heaven has to be the most beautiful of any in the world, but I still wish you were here with us. Your stocking will hang with all the others, just like last year and will continue to hang each year. We'll be writing you letters and putting them in a special box under the tree. We all miss you, sweetie. It makes it hard to feel excited when my heart feels so sad. Your baby sister will be coming soon and I hope you will be around her often. I want her to feel you in her life. We will make sure she knows all about you as she grows up. I love you Sarah Faith and will continue to carry you in my heart for the rest of my life. That is where you live on...in my heart. I will always carry your laughter and hugs everywhere I go!! Have a beautiful Christmas, baby. If you get a chance come & give me a great big hug, I sure could use one of those from you!! I'm sending you big hugs back already... I love you angel, now and forever!!!

Hi Sweet Babygirl...our precious "Sarah-bear"! Well, it's nearly Christmas...and nearly a year and a half since you left us. I Miss you something awful, darlin! No one but God knows how much I ache for you...or do you know, too, darlin? Maybe you do? I know you don't feel any sadness or loneliness and I am so grateful to our Lord for that. But, I just don't think this will ever, ever be really "real" to me till I am there with Jesus and you. Sometimes I think it is harder for me this year than it was last year, isn't that strange? I just miss you something awful, sweet babygirl and I don't think I will ever run out of tears for you. I do ok most of the time ...really I do. But, I just think maybe I've healed as much as I can, accepted as best I am able to the fact that you are not with us here on earth anymore. Life is hard and I know God has spared you all this hard, painful, trying stuff that we all have to go through at times in this life, and that is a blessing for you. I feel like you are one of those who did so well you got to graduate and get your reward early!....and that is kinda neat when I think of it that way. I am so grateful you loved the Lord Jesus so much and I know being right there with Him is the BEST! I'm just selfish and I do miss you so much. My heart just has this ache that even if it eases up some of the time, it never goes away...and sometimes it just overwhelms me as if it was all fresh and raw anew. I think it may be the same way for a lot of us....your Mommy, Daddy, your sibs and other grandparents, cousins and all of us that love you so very much, darlin. It is nearly Christmas and I wish so that you could be here to giggle your bubbly giggle and bounce your hair up and down as you open gifts and jump up and down with glee and excitement. I can picture it so well in my mind.... I am so grateful for all the other grandchildren that I can still enjoy and for the ones on the way. I know you are helping God watch over your new baby sister to come and new lil cousin to come, as well. It's like we have this very special "Angel" watching over us all now, in you, Sarah Faith. That's pretty special! The book came out with the story your mommy wrote about you and none of us have gotten all the way through it yet....But, we were there, we know how it goes. But, Mommy did you so proud, darlin...She did such a good job of telling your story! "Good Job, Mommy", is what I know you would say to her if you could! And, you'd hug her neck so tight. Please visit us all in our dreams, lil darlin...and let Mommy, Daddy & the kids, PapaRon and also GrammyKaren & PapaJohnny all feel your are near them. Especially during this Christmas holiday season. OK, Babygirl? I Love You Soooo Much, Sarah-bear..... ALL THE WAY TO HEAVEN AND BACK AGAIN!!!! Everyday!!!

Sarah was blessed into a very loving and caring family. A family of 8 is a nice big family in this day and age. For sure she was surrounded with so many siblings who must have spoiled her, the way she deserved to be spoiled.
Barbie your attitude about Sarah and the faith you have in God is so beautiful to read. I know you are grieving like all of us, but you also know that one day you and your loved ones will be together again, in a more happier and peaceful place. I think the same way.
I have never met your daughter, but the way you write about her makes me feel like I knew her.
So sorry for your suffering you did before Sarah passed on. It is bad enough that an accident happens, but to have to endure days of worry, fear, and anxiety is just not fair.
The one thing that has helped me with the passing of my daughter, is I was told she died on impact. They said if she survived she would have been "a vegatable". There is no way Angie would have wanted that, she loved life to much. I am glad your daughter never woke up and was not in pain because if you had to watch her suffer it would have been terrible. She seem to go peacefully and I think that was a sign that Jesus wanted you to know he was taking her hand and leading her into the next journey in her life, and that there would be no suffering or pain for her ever again.
God granted you Sarah for a short time, but he made sure you are left with very special loving memories of her to treasure for always.
